Shipping Policy – Zoro Composites

Order Processing Time

Because every steering wheel and airbag cover is built to order, please allow 3–5 weeks of production time before your order ships. This is the time our team needs to craft your piece to the quality standards Zoro Composites is known for.

Once production is complete, your order will ship and transit times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 6–7 business days
  • Economy Shipping (Domestic): 8–11 business days

Total estimated delivery: most orders arrive within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST begin production the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 6–7 business days

  • Economy Shipping (Domestic): 8–11 business days

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
