General Notice

All products sold by Zoro Composites are intended for off-road use, show purposes, or display only, unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, installing, or using any Zoro Composites product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Zoro Composites produces aesthetic and aftermarket components designed to enhance the visual appeal of a vehicle.

  • These products, including but not limited to carbon fiber steering wheels, forged carbon wheels, and airbag covers, are not guaranteed to meet OEM safety specifications.

  • Zoro Composites does not claim, imply, or guarantee compatibility with any vehicle’s safety systems, including airbags, sensors, or steering functions.

  • Installation and use are performed at the customer’s sole risk and discretion.

Airbag Covers & Safety Equipment

  • Airbag covers sold or displayed by Zoro Composites are for aesthetic or show use only.

  • Modifying, replacing, or tampering with OEM airbag systems may be illegal and may compromise vehicle safety.

  • Zoro Composites assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, damages, or losses that result from improper use, installation, or modification of airbag-related components.

  • Customers are advised to consult a qualified professional before making any changes to factory safety equipment.

Steering Wheels

  • Custom steering wheels sold by Zoro Composites are for off-road and show use only unless explicitly certified for on-road use.

  • Certain vehicles may require professional installation and calibration of steering sensors, controls, and airbag systems.

  • Zoro Composites is not responsible for any electrical, mechanical, or safety malfunctions arising from installation or use.

  • The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility associated with the purchase, installation, and operation of any steering wheel product.

Use and Compliance

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product is legal for use in their jurisdiction.

  • Some states or countries prohibit modification of airbag systems or steering components.

  • Zoro Composites does not guarantee compliance with DOT, FMVSS, or other regulatory standards unless explicitly stated.

  • It is the buyer’s duty to confirm all local, state, and federal laws before installation or use.

No Warranty or Guarantee of Fitness

  • All products are sold “as is” and without any expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness, merchantability, or safety.

  • Zoro Composites does not assume any liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from installation, use, or misuse of its products.

  • By purchasing, the customer agrees that Zoro Composites’ liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Customer Agreement

By purchasing from Zoro Composites, you acknowledge that:

  1. You have read and understood this disclaimer.

  2. You are aware that these products may alter or interfere with vehicle safety systems.

  3. You accept full responsibility for installation, use, and any potential risk associated with the product.

  4. You release Zoro Composites, its owners, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the purchase or use of its products.
