Shipping Policy – Zoro Composites

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 6–7 business days

  • Economy Shipping (Domestic): 8–11 business days

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.


Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
