Installing your new Zoro Composites product is a straightforward replacement using your vehicle's existing OEM components.

Steering Wheels

Airbag Covers

• Average Installation Time: 15–30 Minutes

• Reuse your factory airbag module/inflator.
  

Most experienced DIY enthusiasts can complete the installation with basic hand tools. However, because installation involves your vehicle's airbag (SRS) system and, in some cases, electrical connections, professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable working with these components.

Do I need to send in my steering wheel?

• No! We send you a complete replacement steering wheel.
• No core exchange or downtime required.

Does it come with an airbag?

• No. Airbags are not included.
• Your factory airbag transfers directly to the new steering wheel.
• We also offer custom airbag covers to complete the look.

Will I lose any factory functions?

• No. All original steering wheel functions are retained.
• Heated steering wheel functionality can also be retained for an additional cost (if equipped).

• Not necessarily. Most customers install the wheel themselves using basic hand tools.
• If you choose professional installation, most independent shops charge 0.5–1.0 hours of labor.

Carbon Fiber

Carbon fiber is protected by a high-quality clear coat similar to modern automotive paint. To keep it looking its best:

  Clean with a soft microfiber towel and a pH-neutral interior cleaner.

  Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, or rough towels that may scratch the clear coat.
  
• 
  Wipe away fingerprints, sunscreen, and spills promptly.

  Whenever possible, use a windshield sunshade or park in shaded areas to minimize long-term UV exposure and interior heat buildup.
  

Leather

Leather is the recommended choice for daily-driven vehicles due to its excellent durability and ease of maintenance.

  Periodically use a quality automotive leather cleaner and conditioner to keep the leather soft and prevent premature drying or cracking.

Alcantara®

Alcantara® provides a premium motorsport-inspired appearance and exceptional grip but requires more frequent maintenance than leather.

  Regularly brush the fibers with a soft interior or Alcantara® brush to maintain their texture.

  Clean periodically using an Alcantara®-safe upholstery cleaner and a microfiber towel.

  Oils, dirt, sunscreen, lotions, and sweat from your hands can cause the material to become shiny or matted over time if not cleaned regularly.

  For vehicles that are driven every day, leather is generally recommended over Alcantara® due to its lower maintenance requirements and greater long-term durability.

All Zoro Composites products are aftermarket components and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. All manufacturer names, model names, and trademarks are used solely to identify vehicle compatibility.

Each product is handcrafted and may exhibit slight variations in carbon fiber weave, forged carbon patterns, stitching, leather grain, Alcantara® texture, and other materials. These natural variations are part of the handcrafted manufacturing process and make every product unique.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order and ensuring proper installation. Improper installation may affect vehicle functionality and safety.

Steering wheels are sold without the airbag assembly. Airbag covers include the cover only and require the transfer of your factory airbag module/inflator. Unless otherwise stated, OEM components such as airbags, buttons, paddle shifters, wiring harnesses, trim pieces, and mounting hardware are not included and must be reused from your original steering wheel.

Custom-built products are manufactured to your selected specifications. Because of their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except as required by applicable law or covered under our warranty policy.
